Packing House Reuse
A historic citrus packing house is reimagined as guest quarters and an exercise pavilion, with the original masonry walls preserved and exposed beneath a new steel roof structure—its columns and rafters set outboard to create a protective canopy of ribbed galvanized panels and expansive sliding glass that shelters the historic core.
